With the northerly aspect located to the side, the design of the home relocates the typical ‘back yard’ to become a courtyard. The result is a home that has a high connectivity with its external aspect, all internal spaces are orientated out towards the courtyard and in turn take advantage of the sites available solar and creates a seamless blend of inside and out.
