A side by side townhouse proposal for 2 x double storey, 4 bedroom homes. The project has been designed around a sustainable timber, pre-fabricated construction system that comprises of unique floor, wall (including windows) & roofing modules. The result is a lovely, highly crafted product that celebrates timber and removes the need for plaster or any painted surfaces. This is a personal project endeavour of mine, in an effort to find ways to create high quality timeless architecture that is attainable for the ‘missing middle’ housing market.
